++ Portfolio++ Xtrials - March 2008
More Information
This site was started from literally nothing, firstly I had to create the logo and style before I could create the site. After some work with paint splatter effects and a good stock photo I came up with this 'Banksy' style layout. The main purpose for the site was to run a simple 3rd party shop site alongside. Therfore the site need a gimmick to give it more purpose than a link page to the shop. I came up with a panoramic Trial bike scene with the main shop section links built in. Elements Credits ++ The Summer Crop Circle Lectures - February 2008
More Information
The annual Crop Circle lectures have been growing in popularity with every passing year. The site needed to provide information about the annual weekend event for potential new visitors, detail events and speakers for those who have booked and also provide a booking service for those wishing to order online. I tried to keep the design as simple as possible as there was a lot of content to fit into the site and with the use of some fantastic Crop Circle imagery by Steve Alexander I achieved this minimal design. PayPal was chosen for the cart feature due to the simplicity of integration and cheap running costs. Elements Credits ++ Kwei Quartey - February 2008
